1. The service and these terms
Pineapple Delivery is operated by Drafitlem at pineappledelivery.me. Contact hopkinsuxgqoe@gmail.com for questions about these terms. Postal contact address: No. 16 Wenchang West Road, Hanjiang District, Yangzhou, Jiangsu, China. These terms describe use of the free naming tools, guides, design studies, and optional local notebook. By using the service, you agree to these conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Mandatory consumer or other statutory rights are not excluded by this document.
2. Who the service is for
The service supports lawful creative work and general education. No account, subscription, purchase, or physical delivery is offered by this version. If you are not legally able to agree to terms on your own, use the service with a parent, guardian, or other appropriate authorization. The site is not designed to collect information from children under 13.
3. Creative output and permitted use
You may edit and use generated name suggestions in personal or commercial creative projects without a fee to Pineapple Delivery and without a required credit. This permission concerns any rights the operator can grant in those suggestions; it is not a representation that every name is protectable, exclusive, available, or free of third-party rights. Others may receive identical or similar output. A seed reproduces a selection under the current rules; it does not reserve a name.
4. Your checks before publication
You are responsible for checking the final name in its intended language, market, medium, and context. A generated phrase may resemble an existing person, brand, title, place, or work by coincidence. Perform appropriate searches and obtain qualified advice where needed before relying on it commercially. A creative explanation is not legal advice, trademark clearance, historical evidence, a real translation, or a verified etymology. The tools cannot inspect your entire project or guarantee its suitability for every audience.
5. Website content and graphics
The site’s articles, design studies, curated compilation, visual assets, and presentation are distinct from the individual generated name suggestions. You may read them, link to them, and retain reasonable excerpts for your own project notes subject to applicable law. No blanket license is granted to republish the complete site, pass the articles off as your own, sell the image collection, or imply endorsement. Statutory exceptions and any separately stated license continue to apply. Contact us for broader reuse.
6. Fictional material and AI assistance
Characters, game concepts, institutions, products, scenarios, and workshop outcomes in examples are invented unless clearly identified otherwise. They are not testimonials, actual client work, scientific findings, or evidence of a released game. The content and main illustration were developed with AI assistance. The runtime generator is a local rule-based system using predefined word banks. We do not claim independent expert review or professional credentials that have not been established.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to infringe others’ rights, impersonate another person or organization, harass people, promote hatred or unlawful activity, or create misleading claims of affiliation. Do not interfere with the site’s operation, attempt unauthorized access to infrastructure, or make abusive automated requests that disrupt availability. Fictional references to conflict, magic, or materials are for storytelling and must not be treated as practical instructions for harm, health care, or real-world manufacture.
8. Local saving and exports
Notebook entries remain in the browser where they were saved. There is no account recovery, central backup, or cross-device synchronization. Browser cleanup, private browsing, storage restrictions, device changes, or manual deletion may remove them. Export information you want to keep to a file you control. Removing entries from the notebook does not remove downloaded copies or copies you shared with someone else.
9. Reports and feedback
You can send corrections or suggestions by email. You confirm that you have the right to send the material you include. Please do not send confidential client content or personal information about others unless necessary and lawful. By sending a correction or suggestion, you permit the operator to evaluate and apply it to improve the service; this does not transfer ownership of your unrelated creative work or authorize public use of your personal correspondence as a testimonial.
10. External services and links
External resources, browser features, hosting infrastructure, and email applications are operated under their own terms. A reference link does not mean Pineapple Delivery controls, endorses, or guarantees the linked service. No advertising or affiliate network is active in this version. Any future paid placement must be identified and implemented consistently with the actual service and its disclosures.
11. Availability and changes
The service may contain errors, receive revisions, or become temporarily unavailable. Word-bank and algorithm changes may alter results obtained with older seeds. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of a particular tool, a particular response time, or that saved data will survive a browser or device change. Significant content changes can be recorded in the update notes.
12. Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the free service is provided as available without a promise that every output will meet your creative, technical, commercial, or legal needs. You decide whether to use a suggestion and should keep appropriate backups. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections or liability for fraud or other non-excludable conduct. No invented monetary liability cap is stated for a free service.
13. Privacy and legal concerns
The Privacy Policy explains local processing, optional storage, technical requests, and correspondence. For a rights complaint, identify the relevant content and your basis for the concern through the contact page. We can evaluate specific issues without promising a predetermined outcome. We may restrict or remove content where reasonably necessary to address substantiated misuse, rights concerns, or legal obligations.
14. Disputes and updates
Please contact Drafitlem with a clear description of a dispute so that it can be considered. These terms do not impose an invented governing jurisdiction, mandatory arbitration, or a waiver of statutory remedies. Applicable law and any mandatory jurisdiction rules continue to apply. Updated terms will show a revised date; material changes require appropriate notice where legally required. A change does not retroactively remove rights that cannot be waived.
15. The operator’s supplied contact address
The operator contact is Drafitlem, Pineapple Delivery, No. 16 Wenchang West Road, Hanjiang District, Yangzhou, Jiangsu, China. Email: hopkinsuxgqoe@gmail.com. The supplied address is a contact detail and does not create a separate legal entity, imply a professional license, or establish that a particular jurisdiction’s rules apply to every visitor. These terms do not impose a newly invented governing-law clause based solely on the address. Mandatory protections and applicable jurisdiction requirements continue to apply. Use the contact information to raise a focused question or concern about the actual service rather than assuming an unnamed corporation or specialist team is responsible.
16. What expanded generation controls do
The controls select predefined words, alter assembly rules, or filter candidates according to settings you supply. Subject-specific directions, genre, sound preferences, naming structure, and narrative background are creative aids. An opening-letter requirement, exclusion term, or character cap is a mechanical restriction, so some combinations can yield fewer results or none. The service does not promise a fixed number of suitable results under every restriction. You may relax a setting or revise the brief. It is not appropriate to infer that a finite word bank has searched all possible names or fully understood facts that you did not provide.
17. Explanations, visible counts, and professional use
A five-part explanation describes construction, spelling-based sound preference, an invented scenario, possible forms of address, and revision questions. Character counts, word groups, and longest letter groups describe the visible draft. They are not measured audience recall, accessibility certification, linguistic authentication, a guarantee of pronunciation, or a legal-availability score. You may find the workflow useful in a professional project, but the site does not claim that every output has been personally reviewed by a linguist, lawyer, designer, or representative audience. Apply the research and review appropriate to the particular use before relying on a draft.
18. Short and formal forms
The tools can propose a short everyday form and a longer recorded or ceremonial form alongside the main draft. These alternatives are creative suggestions, not separate registered identities or confirmed historical variants. A character limit applies to the main generated draft unless the interface specifically says otherwise; a suggested formal form can be longer. Keep the relationship between forms clear in your project, especially where dialogue, maps, subtitles, search, or localization depend on it. You remain free to edit or reject any form. The service cannot determine which speaker or institution in your fictional world has the authority to use it.
19. Comparing and exporting drafts
The comparison desk is a working view of up to four selected results from the current page. It does not represent votes, endorsements, ratings by other users, or an independent review. A batch export or notebook export creates a readable text file on your device. Review its contents before sharing, particularly motifs, seeds, exclusion terms, and project-specific notes. The operator does not receive the exported file merely because you downloaded it. Its later storage, distribution, and use are your decisions, subject to the rights and privacy obligations relevant to your own material.
20. Reproducibility and data versions
A fixed seed and the same normalized settings reproduce a selection under the same generator version and word banks. Requesting a larger batch retains the earlier results where the candidate set is unchanged. A seed is not a reserved name, a password, a proprietary claim, or proof that another person cannot obtain the same expression. Updating words, grammar rules, filters, or ranking can alter older reproductions. Saved entries retain their displayed text and notes, but the service does not promise that every future version will regenerate every earlier batch from the same seed alone. Keep exports when an exact historical record matters.
21. Reporting a generated draft
A report link may prepare a name, tool label, seed, version, and settings in an email draft. You control whether to send that message and may remove unnecessary information first. Preparing it does not automatically transmit a notebook, establish that a rights complaint is valid, or guarantee removal of the output. The operator can investigate a specific problem and may revise a word bank, explanation, label, or rule where appropriate. Do not include another person’s confidential information or an entire private work when a short example and an explanation can identify the issue.
22. Fictional substances, devices, conflict, and institutions
Some categories concern imaginary materials, magical effects, speculative devices, weapons as props, or fictional groups and events. The service supplies naming and narrative material at that level. It does not provide medical diagnoses, tested recipes for ingestion, real manufacturing specifications, practical violence instruction, scientific findings, military orders, or financial advice. A familiar word inside an invented label does not establish a real product’s properties or safety. Keep that distinction when incorporating output into another project, and obtain appropriate information and review if your separate work makes factual claims about the physical world.
23. No endorsement through a name or link
A suggestion may resemble a phrase, person, place, title, or organization already in existence. The resemblance does not imply permission, affiliation, sponsorship, registration, or approval. Links to official policy, privacy, or trademark resources identify their own material; they do not mean those bodies endorse Pineapple Delivery or have reviewed a generated candidate. You should not use the site’s brand, explanations, or source links to imply an endorsement that has not been given. Preliminary research notes and a generator’s creative reading remain separate from a decision by a rights holder or a relevant professional.
24. Reading these terms with the current implementation
The Privacy Policy explains the information paths of the actual supplied features, including optional browser storage, email, and deployment-specific uncertainties. Advertising & transparency states that no advertising or analytics integration is active. If new features change those facts, the site must update its operation and notices appropriately; a general clause in these terms is not consent to unrelated processing or a claim that a future integration is already compliant. Questions about a material discrepancy can be sent to the operator with the relevant page and wording. Nothing in these additional explanations removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit a visitor to waive.
